About the role

  • Support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals
  • Prepare project documentation, including project updates, meeting notes and agendas
  • Develop and help manage client relationships and ensure an excellent experience with implementations
  • Tracking and executing post-implementation season improvements and initiatives
  • Manage a portfolio of new and renewing client implementation projects
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with client-facing experience being highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively lead meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision
  • Student Health Insurance experience (would be a plus)
