About the role
- Support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities
- Collaborate with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals
- Prepare project documentation, including project updates, meeting notes and agendas
- Develop and help manage client relationships and ensure an excellent experience with implementations
- Tracking and executing post-implementation season improvements and initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of new and renewing client implementation projects
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with client-facing experience being highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively lead meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision
- Student Health Insurance experience (would be a plus)
