About the role
- Manage an assigned book of business and develop long-term client relationships
- Respond to day-to-day client inquiries and analytics
- Prepare renewals and RFPs, coordinate vendor responses
- Facilitate client meetings and improve service efficiencies
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- 2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
- GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
