About the role
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure tasks, monitor system performance, and collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and security across our environments.
- Support and development of Kubernetes clusters on physical servers.
- Manage and improve CI/CD processes using GitLab, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Configure and monitor services such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Work with networking, TLS, nginx, and Cloudflare.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
Requirements
- Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments, especially on self-hosted or bare-metal setups.
- Strong command of Helm, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu).
- Proficient in using nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer.
- Hands-on experience administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with SaltStack.
- Monitoring skills using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and the ELK stack.
- Understanding of Cloudflare (DNS, proxying, SSL/TLS, WAF).
- Experience with AWS, particularly S3.
