Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teams
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership
Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverables
Support intake, prioritization, and resource planning across a range of initiatives and business needs
Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies for meeting project outcomes and leverage subject matter expertise to make recommendations, escalating where appropriate
Support the evolution of the SSC project management office as projects and the team grow
Contribute to and document developing project management processes and operating rhythms across SSC, with recommendations for scalable solutions (anticipating growth)
Manage documentation, issue resolution, reporting, and communication cadences that support stakeholder trust and transparency
Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (with preference in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance or related fields)
Minimum of 4 years’ project management experience in complex work environments (projects with multiple stakeholder groups)
PMP, ScrumMaster or equivalent
Analytical Skills
PM Tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana)
Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
Microsoft Office Suite
Presentation Skills
