About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives
- Manage complex executive calendars
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external partners
- Coordinate and prioritize communications on behalf of executives
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel arrangements
- Oversee expense reporting and administrative processes
- Organize and support executive-level meetings, events, and conferences
- Anticipate executive needs and drive follow-through on key initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience (8+ years) providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders in a fast-paced, global organization
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Experience working in fully remote environments will be of significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
