About the role

  • Lead and execute UX/UI design for key product initiatives
  • Develop and apply UX strategy that aligns user needs with business objectives
  • Translate partner needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards across multiple brands
  • Conduct and operationalize user research, usability testing, and analytic insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Development, and Marketing teams
  • Advocate for human-centered design and UX best practices
  • Mentor other designers through collaborative and impactful design feedback
  • Present and collaborate on design with stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Web Design, or Digital Product Design
  • Submission of a portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, full-life-cycle design thinking and polished creative marketing design
  • Experience designing for web and/or mobile products at scale
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual marketing design
  • Ability to balance user needs, client needs, and business objectives
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills while working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
