Customer Support

• Support day-to-day internal IT operations for Rise8 employees.
• Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including:
• Creating and disabling user accounts
• Assigning groups, licenses, and basic access
• Respond to and manage Tier 1 IT support requests through our ticketing system:
• Password resets
• Access issues
• Basic software and device troubleshooting
• Follow documented run-books and procedures to complete IT tasks accurately.
• Escalate issues that fall outside of your scope with clear notes and context.
• Help maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation, checklists, and internal guides.
• Perform basic administration tasks in tools such as:
• Google Workspace
• Slack
• Other approved SaaS applications
• Assist with routine IT operational tasks like:
• License tracking
• Asset inventory updates
• Periodic access reviews (execution only)
