About the role

  • Report directly to the CTO and play a pivotal role shaping the technology landscape
  • Design, develop, and implement system libraries primarily in Rust (secondary focus: C++ and Go)
  • Develop and maintain APIs for zkVM with cross-version support
  • Contribute to company GitHub repositories and follow best practices
  • Occasionally work on compiler and OS development leveraging LLVM
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Rapidly grasp existing system architecture for effective development and implementation
  • Continuously innovate and improve existing processes

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in Rust programming
  • Solid understanding of systems programming and computer architecture
  • Familiarity with Protocol Buffers, Capn’Proto, or FlatBuffers
  • Background in compiler development or systems programming
  • Hands-on experience with managing GitHub Open Source projects
  • Working knowledge of other programming languages (polyglot)
  • Previous experience in Blockchain technology
  • Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs
  • Experience with LLVM (bonus)
  • Located in the Greater Seattle area or willing to relocate (relocation package may be available)
  • Fluency in English
  • Must have legal right to work in the country you are located in; no visa sponsorships
  • U.S.-based employees must complete an E-Verify check
  • Final candidates will undergo a background check
