About the role
- Leading and building a team of salespeople to drive revenue
- Generating leads out in the field within construction areas
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing
- Understanding and promoting company services
- Preparing and submitting sales orders
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services
- Maintaining client records within CRM
- Answering client questions about products, prices, and timelines
- Analyzing sales trends to increase sales
- Developing leadership skills with a relentless pursuit of growth and development
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in sales and managing a sales team
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
