About the role

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Ripple Fiber equipment.
  • Managing all last mile and the Access and in home and or business equipment.
  • Fault Finding to resolve complaints.
  • Create and maintain network documentation.
  • Using monitoring network performance tools to troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Assist with escalations to resolve end user issues.
  • Configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing Broadband services.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and handheld mobile devices.
  • Experience working in customer service, construction, electrical, technical or related field is a plus.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Identify wire and cable colors.
  • Qualify on pre-employment assessments.
  • Be available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work.
