About the role
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Ripple Fiber equipment.
- Managing all last mile and the Access and in home and or business equipment.
- Fault Finding to resolve complaints.
- Create and maintain network documentation.
- Using monitoring network performance tools to troubleshoot problem areas.
- Assist with escalations to resolve end user issues.
- Configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing Broadband services.
Requirements
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to operate hand tools and handheld mobile devices.
- Experience working in customer service, construction, electrical, technical or related field is a plus.
- Clean driving record.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Identify wire and cable colors.
- Qualify on pre-employment assessments.
- Be available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work.
