- Developing a wide variety of communication products with minimal oversight
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the client’s mission and stakeholders
- Developing and implementing key communications plans for campaigns and events
- Coordinating with team members to deliver complex deliverables under tight deadlines
- Overseeing and executing data collection, quality control, and reporting activities
- Liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders to identify requirements
- Contributing to solutions for complex project management challenges
- Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of professional experience
- 3 years of communications coordination experience
- Experience with content development including scientific information
- Experience with communication strategy and planning
- Ability to learn and navigate web-based systems such as SharePoint and Teams
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office productivity software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage logistics and communications for high-profile events
