About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Outbound Sales & Relationship Building
  • Conduct proactive outreach to youth sports organizations, travel teams, coaches, and program leaders through phone calls, text messages, email, and video meetings
  • Build relationships with new and existing organizations to generate interest in Unrivaled Sports events and experiences
  • Represent the Unrivaled Sports brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
  • Help fuel registration growth for priority tournaments, marquee events, and standout experiences across Unrivaled Sports
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activity, prospect pipelines, lead sources, and conversion progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, sports business, or a related field
  • Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or customer-facing communication is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is helpful, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required depending on experience
