About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Outbound Sales & Relationship Building
Conduct proactive outreach to youth sports organizations, travel teams, coaches, and program leaders through phone calls, text messages, email, and video meetings
Build relationships with new and existing organizations to generate interest in Unrivaled Sports events and experiences
Represent the Unrivaled Sports brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Help fuel registration growth for priority tournaments, marquee events, and standout experiences across Unrivaled Sports
Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach activity, prospect pipelines, lead sources, and conversion progress

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, sports business, or a related field
Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or customer-facing communication is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is helpful, but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required depending on experience
