Accounting Manager

• Assist in recording and reconciling daily Food & Beverage and Retail sales from multiple POS systems into the accounting platform (Sage), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Track, compile, and organize revenue data from various sources to support reporting and financial analysis
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving data inconsistencies across systems and reports
• Support the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized processes for revenue tracking and reporting
• Participate in training initiatives and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Provide support to other areas of the Accounting and Finance team as needed, including ad hoc projects and assignments

• Act as day-to-day contact for current partners, onboarding and managing relationships
• Manage activation schedule; calendaring, planning and executing activations working with key internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with the Unrivaled Sports network of venue and league operators to understand specific constraints and needs
• Work with the Partnership Marketing team members to enhance current partnership activations, identify new revenue opportunities, and provide additional strategic value for partnerships

• Represent the Unrivaled Sports brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
• Help fuel registration growth for priority tournaments, marquee events, and standout experiences across Unrivaled Sports
