About the role
- Conduct visits and promotional activities with current and prospective clients to prospect, as well as present technical details about the offered product/service
- Seek more attractive ways to present the product/service to clients, in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- Seek partnerships with digital influencers in the segment, focusing on improving the brand image and growth
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and necessary adjustments to trade marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the commercial team, distributors, resellers and representatives on customer technical questions and clarifications
- Monitor and report to the commercial team price variations of similar products/services, promotions and competitors’ commercial conditions, as well as campaign and sales action performance
- Proactively identify and resolve customer problems or challenges, collaborating with other departments as necessary
- Participate in presentations, trade shows and events, demonstrating/explaining technical aspects of the offered product/service, as well as monitoring trends and establishing valuable contacts
- Participate in product promotion meetings, reporting the situation or profile of your territory or area of operation, including making relevant suggestions
- Complete reports indicating visits and collected data (forms and CRM)
- Prepare reports regarding the performance information of marketed products and services (tips, suggestions, complaints and product development)
- Keep controls updated on the activities you perform, always maintaining a keen view of critical points and acting so that measures are taken in advance
- Develop incentive campaigns with distributor/applicator clients
- Organize field visit routes
Requirements
- University degree completed or in progress in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or Communication
- As the role will be based in the city of São Paulo, reside in São Paulo or nearby
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in customer service
- Possess a valid Category B driver’s license (CNH B)
- Availability to travel and attend events on weekends
