Procurement

• Develop skills in the procurement area
• Support the search for new technological solutions that assist both RE decision-making and the improvement of the department’s routine activities
• Support the procurement processes for goods and services by performing operational and administrative tasks related to the purchasing cycle
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and correcting requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts in corporate systems
• Support the administration and monitoring of item, material, supplier, and other master data (Master Data) records, ensuring data integrity and standardization in corporate systems
• Act as a focal point for Procurement Intelligence initiatives, consolidating KPIs, databases, management reports, and presentations for department leadership
• Contribute to preparing analyses and data gathering to support procurement decision-making
• Support the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of procurement systems and tools, including e-Procurement platforms and integrations with SAP
• Support training and capacity-building for internal users on procurement processes and systems, helping to disseminate procedures and best practices
• Support the preparation and updating of procedures, internal communications, and training materials for the Procurement area
• Collaborate in monitoring indicators, continuous improvement projects, and digital transformation initiatives in the department
• Maintain area controls, develop KPI reports, and prepare presentations to support managerial decision-making
• Contribute to identifying process improvements and automation opportunities, proposing data-driven solutions.
