About the role
- Partnering with assigned Sales client groups and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and drive comprehensive talent and performance processes and programs
- Bringing strategic thought leadership to help leaders develop management capability, foster employee growth, and improve engagement, retention, and performance
- Using data and analytics to inform, influence, and measure the impact of people strategies
- Offering guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance, and compliance topics
- Advising employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and fairness
- Partnering across HR functions and business teams to deliver high-value, people-focused solutions that support business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or Organizational Development experience, with at least 3 years supporting a Sales or Go-to-Market organization
- Experience working in large, global, and fast-paced organizations
- Proven ability to influence, inspire, and lead change with senior business leaders
- Demonstrated success connecting people strategies to business outcomes and driving measurable impact
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
