Build and scale features across our Laravel- and Vue-based platform, contributing to both the front-end and back-end
Influence architecture and make high-leverage technical decisions that drive scalability and performance
Contribute to platform evolution, including API-first development, multi-tenant infrastructure, and integrations with systems like PLM, ERP, and regulatory databases
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles
Drive engineering excellence, applying best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
Mentor junior engineers and help cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of experience building modern web applications, ideally using Laravel and a front-end framework like Vue.js or React
Strong command of RESTful API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, etc.)
Experience delivering complex features end-to-end in a SaaS environment
A bias toward action—you move quickly, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and adjust course when needed
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
