About the role

  • elevate the Forensics marketing function from mostly reactive to proactive
  • serve as the senior Marketing Business Partner to the Forensics business group leadership team
  • shape priorities, and ensure marketing investment is tightly aligned to business growth goals
  • collaborate closely with the VP of National Accounts and the VP of Business Development – Forensics
  • define and own the Forensics Business Group marketing strategy
  • establish annual and quarterly marketing objectives, success metrics, and investment plans tied directly to business outcomes
  • develop proactive, innovative content marketing campaigns that improve brand visibility
  • own Forensics demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound motions

Requirements

  • subject-matter expertise in Forensic Engineering, technical consulting, or related professional services
  • 7–12 years of hands-on experience marketing Forensic Engineering, consulting, or closely related technical/professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Deep familiarity with the insurance carrier and law firm buyer ecosystem
  • Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and making data-informed decisions about where to invest and where to cut
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders as a strategic equal
