About the role

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital platform strategy across owned channels
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Digital Marketing team
  • Manage agency partners, setting direction while staying close to the work
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership, IT and RevOps to ensure digital initiatives are technically sound and aligned to global business priorities
  • Drive innovation initiatives, including AI-powered expert search and website personalization
  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution
  • Oversee marketing automation platform and grow AI-enabled optimization across digital channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 6–10 years in digital marketing with progressive responsibility
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM concepts, web analytics, AEO/SEO fundamentals, UX/CRO best practices, and privacy/data compliance considerations
  • Familiarity with tools like Wordpress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and similar tools would be a plus.
