About the role
- Develop and execute an integrated digital platform strategy across owned channels
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Digital Marketing team
- Manage agency partners, setting direction while staying close to the work
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership, IT and RevOps to ensure digital initiatives are technically sound and aligned to global business priorities
- Drive innovation initiatives, including AI-powered expert search and website personalization
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution
- Oversee marketing automation platform and grow AI-enabled optimization across digital channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 6–10 years in digital marketing with progressive responsibility
- Proven ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM concepts, web analytics, AEO/SEO fundamentals, UX/CRO best practices, and privacy/data compliance considerations
- Familiarity with tools like Wordpress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and similar tools would be a plus.
