About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of enterprise applications
- Develop and execute testing strategies aligned with enterprise change and release processes
- Assess testing scope and prioritize testing activities using a risk-based approach
- Design, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems
- Validate data integrity across systems
- Execute and validate regression testing
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Partner with development and business teams to identify quality risks
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform post-deployment validation (PVT)
- Track and report quality metrics
- Participate in change management and CAB processes
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related roles
- Experience testing enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Experience with enterprise testing across multiple systems and environments
- Experience with IT change management processes and release cycles
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in both English & Portuguese is required.
