Translate market, customer, and delivery insights into clearly defined service offers
Own product roadmaps for assigned Innovation Solutions
Lead the productization of Innovation Solutions into clear, repeatable service packages
Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning and messaging
Monitor market trends in Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and low-code/no-code platforms
Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leaders on roadmap progress

Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Productized Services roles
Experience building and scaling enterprise software or services offerings
Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday) and/or ServiceNow platforms
Experience translating emerging technologies (AI, automation, modernization) into sellable, deliverable offers
Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments
