About the role
- Driving the successful delivery of Pre-Sales programs, projects, and process implementations.
- Establish and maintain clear documentation standards for Pre-Sales processes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align Pre-Sales processes with go-to-market strategies.
- Design and deliver enablement programs for Pre-Sales teams.
- Direct and manage high-impact, critical projects and programs from initiation through completion.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service and process quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10-15 years in Pre-Sales, sales operations, program management, or related roles with exposure to enterprise software solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) and Salesforce.
- Strong documentation and process design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
