About the role

  • Driving the successful delivery of Pre-Sales programs, projects, and process implementations.
  • Establish and maintain clear documentation standards for Pre-Sales processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align Pre-Sales processes with go-to-market strategies.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs for Pre-Sales teams.
  • Direct and manage high-impact, critical projects and programs from initiation through completion.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service and process quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10-15 years in Pre-Sales, sales operations, program management, or related roles with exposure to enterprise software solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) and Salesforce.
  • Strong documentation and process design skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
