About the role

  • Engage with clients and/or prospects to identify and assess Oracle license or support policy concerns.
  • Provide detailed guidance regarding Oracle audit processes and address client audit/compliance concerns.
  • Articulate possible Oracle licensing or vendor support options and considerations.
  • Analyze and report on Oracle license usage and provide asset management guidance using industry leading software asset management solutions.
  • Build rapport with Rimini Street client-facing teams and become the trusted advisor on Oracle license or support policy questions.
  • Keep apprised of industry and vendor activities or policy changes in the Oracle license space.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years client facing experience in IT and/or software asset management, consulting, and/or audit
  • Fluent English
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Oracle license audit, Oracle contracts, or Oracle asset management
  • Deep understanding on Oracle license audit process and compliance risk mitigation techniques
  • Expert level knowledge on Oracle license metrics, products, entitlements, and contract terms
  • Experience with use of one or more software asset management tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word)
