About the role
- Gathering business requirements and analyzing business processes
- Acting as a liaison between business groups and IT applications teams
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and documentation
- Identify and promote best practices and processes for business analysis
- Develop User stories and test scripts for QA
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Drive automation, analytics and reporting
- Conduct analysis on data residing in various systems to improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 - 10 Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst directly working with Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT business groups
- Experience in technologies like ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish as a plus.
