About the role
- Lead our full business operations in ANZ and accelerate our sales growth
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients and extend our leadership position in the application management and software support market
- Drive demand generation initiatives to ensure a minimum 4X pipeline coverage at the start of each quarter
- Implement and monitor sales linearity targets (M1 20%, M2 30%, M3 50%) to drive predictable revenue flow
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce renewals churn by 50% year-over-year, ensuring strong recurring revenue streams and client retention
- Develop and mentor sales and business leaders to drive company-standard cadence for current and future quarters
- Proactively develop and expand relationships with senior business and IT executives
- Collaborate globally with peer Theatre and Regional GMs on common issues, best practices, and shared programs
Requirements
- 15+ years in General Management and/or Sales management or equivalent roles
- Prefer experience overseeing high-growth software or software-related services businesses
- 10+ years’ experience selling enterprise software and services and building new markets or businesses either in start-up environments or working for international enterprise software companies
- General Management and/or Sales experience spanning both new business and recurring revenue streams (Renewals)
- Experience in the Oracle and SAP marketplaces is desirable
- Proven experience in team-selling, as this role will require you to spend a significant portion of your time managing Sales leaders and participating in developing and closing sales transactions
- Experience managing teams of quota-bearing sales reps across multiple territories
- Specifically, sales management experience in Corporate and Enterprise markets with focus on selling to medium and large Enterprises
- Demonstrated results in leading cross-functional teams to execute projects and corporate initiatives and meet broad business goals
- Ability to identify and develop executive relationships with clients, partners, industry analysts and press, and to leverage relationships for references, marketing assets, events and interviews
