About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a technology team both technically and administratively, ensuring deliveries meet deadlines, scope, and quality while developing people and connecting business needs to technical solutions.
Coordinate and oversee the team’s daily technical activities.
Conduct follow-up one-on-one meetings (1:1s) to understand individual and collective needs.
Develop individual development plans (IDPs) for team members.
Manage conflicts and promote a collaborative environment.
Set priorities and allocate tasks based on project goals and available resources.
Ensure deliveries meet expected timelines, scope, and quality.
Act as a communication bridge between the team and other departments or stakeholders.
Report project status, risks, and metrics to leadership or clients.
Understand business requirements and help the team translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure technical solutions comply with company best practices and standards.
Provide guidance when necessary, acting as a facilitator for the team.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and technologies.
Promote the use of modern tools and methodologies within the company’s standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with project and team management tools (Azure DevOps).
Tech stack: .NET / Python.
Familiarity with agile practices and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
Ability to analyze KPIs and propose viable improvements.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
People management experience.
Solid knowledge of AI and agentic development: fundamentals of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent architectures (agentic workflows), AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor), and responsible AI use (governance, data security, limitations, and risks).
Ability to assess where AI adds value in the development cycle and guide the team in adopting these tools.
Basic knowledge of software architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and meetings).
