Senior Compensation and Budget Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting and executing the strategy for compensation, benefits and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost discipline and market competitiveness.
- Support the design, implementation and governance of fixed and variable compensation structures.
- Conduct salary surveys and market analyses (P25, P50, P75).
- Manage job evaluation, job grading and salary structures.
- Support annual cycles: merit, bonus and long-term incentives.
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage and optimize the benefits portfolio, balancing cost and employee value proposition.
- Interface with vendors and support negotiations and renewals.
- Monitor utilization, costs and market trends.
- Support communication and employee understanding of benefits.
- Support the preparation of the headcount budget and personnel forecast.
- Monitor headcount trends versus plan, identifying risks and variances.
- Analyze personnel costs (salaries, benefits, bonuses and provisions).
- Partner with Finance and business areas to ensure financial discipline and organizational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs (headcount, turnover, costs).
- Generate insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure data consistency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Support audits and materials for the Compensation Committee.
- Participate in strategic HR projects (e.g., profit-sharing (PLR), job architecture, organizational design, automation).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Workforce Planning.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus.
- Advanced English (required for interaction with leadership).
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Business acumen and financial understanding.
- Stakeholder communication and management skills.
- Sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
