About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain legitimate contact and interactions with power distribution utilities
Serve as the company's primary contact responsible for relationships with distribution utilities
Act as the company focal point with distribution utilities and public authorities
Support leadership with institutional agendas, strategic meetings, negotiations and other relevant matters
Manage relationships strategically, in a structured way and aligned with corporate objectives
Proactively identify documents and registration data required by each distribution utility
Monitor the planning and execution timeline for the interconnection of power plants
Interface with distribution utilities in ownership transfer processes
Monitor regulatory and operational deadlines
Promote integration between distribution utilities and the company's internal departments
Organize documents in standardized folders on the corporate network and/or corporate SharePoint
Review energy invoices of generation plants and their line items
File formal complaints through the appropriate regulated channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
(Preferred) BI and/or dashboard development or SharePoint experience
(Preferred) Knowledge of electricity sector legislation, especially ANEEL Resolution No. 1,000/22
Negotiation, communication, empathy, persuasion, logical reasoning and ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Organizational and planning skills
High results orientation, ownership mindset and autonomy
Analytical thinking and ability to translate data into decisions
Resilience and ability to operate in a dynamic sector with constantly evolving regulation
