About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain contact and legitimate interactions with power distribution companies (utilities)
Serve as the primary contact responsible for relationships with distribution companies
Manage the relationship strategically and structurally, aligned with corporate objectives
Proactively identify the documents and registration data required by distribution companies
Monitor the planning and execution schedule for power plant connections
Promote integration between distribution companies and the company's internal teams
Organize documentation and ensure traceability of stages, deadlines, and responsible parties for each process
Review energy invoices and manage their issuance and posting processes
Record formal complaints and maintain a history of evidence and actions taken
Track nonconformity cases related to suppliers and service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
(Preferred) Business Intelligence and/or dashboard development or SharePoint
(Preferred) Knowledge of electric sector legislation, especially ANEEL Resolution No. 1.000/22
Negotiation, communication, empathy, persuasion, logical reasoning
Organizational and planning skills
Strong results orientation, sense of ownership, and autonomy
Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into decisions
Resilience and ability to work in a dynamic sector
