About the role

  • Institutional representation and strategic relationship management
  • Maintain official and legitimate contact and interactions with energy distribution companies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for relationships with distributors
  • Manage relationships strategically, in a structured manner, and aligned with corporate objectives
  • Proactively identify the documents and registration data required by each energy distributor
  • Monitor regulatory and operational deadlines, acting preventively to avoid delays and business impact
  • Facilitate integration between energy distributors and the company’s internal teams
  • Organize documents in standardized folders on the network
  • Review power plant energy invoices and ensure compliance with internal SLAs
  • Register formal complaints through the appropriate regulated channels
  • Track non-conformity cases related to suppliers and service providers

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • (Nice to have) BI and/or dashboard development or SharePoint
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of electric sector legislation, especially ANEEL Resolution No. 1,000/22
  • Negotiation, communication, empathy, persuasion, logical reasoning and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Strong results orientation, ownership mentality and autonomy
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Resilience and the ability to operate in a dynamic sector with constantly evolving regulation
