About the role

  • Structure and operationalize the Member Get Member (MGM) program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, create and manage incentive campaigns for the customer base, focusing on lead generation and increased engagement.
  • Develop and optimize communication cadences and flows to drive activation and recurring engagement across the customer base.
  • Analyze MGM program and campaign performance, build Power BI dashboards and monitor KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Define and evolve rules, policies, and reward mechanics, ensuring efficiency and return on initiatives.
  • Ensure governance and consistency of the program, verifying correct operation of rules and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth, Management, or Data is desirable.
  • Experience with Member Get Member (MGM) programs, including design, management, and optimization of referral programs focused on customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Experience defining and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
