About the role
- Ensure accurate processing of the monthly payroll, including calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions and benefits;
- Review payroll entries and validate labor-related charges and contributions;
- Generate and verify statutory contributions such as INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF and RAIS;
- Ensure timely delivery within legal deadlines and free of inconsistencies;
- Ensure correct processing of hires, terminations, vacations and leaves of absence;
- Calculate termination payments and review legal documentation;
- Support internal and external audits with reports and evidence;
- Perform reconciliations and critical payroll analyses to identify errors or inconsistencies;
- Provide payroll-related support to HR and accounting teams.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of labor, social security and tax legislation;
- Proficiency with payroll systems and tools such as advanced Excel;
- Strict adherence to deadlines, confidentiality and attention to detail;
- Analytical and proactive approach to problem solving.
