About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure inbound and outbound Single Sign-On integrations for client employer portals and validate them against test cases
  • Execute and validate eligibility, accumulator, claims, and related file transformations in the Client Implementation Hub
  • Set up and configure custom provider networks in H1, ClearCost, and Rightway internal systems
  • Configure client engagement and wellness programs in third-party platforms including Iterable
  • Maintain implementation records, configuration logs, and handoff documentation
  • Investigate and resolve registration and eligibility issues, escalating to Data Engineering or Engineering when needed
  • Monitor file ingestion pipelines and audit processing results for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage provider search and drug search accuracy issues through resolution
  • Build and maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, escalation guides, and QA checklists
  • Identify recurring issues and drive upstream fixes with Team Lead and Product
  • Coordinate with Data Engineering, Client Success, Implementation, and Product Management
  • Surface product issues with reproduction steps and provide feedback on tooling gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly organized and process-driven; able to build checklists, document work, and identify recurring problem patterns
  • Structured problem-solver able to work through unfamiliar technical issues methodically
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Clear written communication skills for documenting complex issues, handoffs, and escalation paths
  • Adaptable and self-directed in a startup environment
  • Preference for candidates with direct experience in Rightway health guide, pharmacy guide, or registration support operations
  • Previous experience in a technical support, client onboarding, or operations role in healthcare or technology is a plus
  • Deep technical credentials such as engineering or coding are not required
