Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Rightway as a subject matter expert during client interactions, including high-stakes pitch meetings and finalist discussions, showcasing Navigation solutions and their strategic benefits
Support the proposals team by contributing to RFP responses
Collaborate with Navigation and Unity delivery leadership to maintain strong knowledge of the evolving service model
Provide subject-matter expertise to marketing and partnership teams
Conduct interactive client workshops to identify issues and needs, brainstorm solutions, and propose actionable enhancement plans
Develop materials and resources to empower the sales team and improve knowledge sharing and operational efficiency
Design client demos tailored to diverse client needs, including collaborating on a Unity demo and pitch
Connect product marketing and sales enablement to ensure cohesive messaging, tools, and strategies
Provide clinical and technical leadership throughout discovery, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization
Gather internal feedback on product offerings and align them with sophisticated client requirements and market trends
Support sales enablement efforts with resources for effective client engagement
Stay current on market dynamics, intelligence, client needs, and emerging technologies in the Navigation space

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
4–8 years of experience in Navigation solutions, healthcare IT, or a related role
Proven ability to engage and guide sophisticated clients through complex discussions
Expertise in Navigation operations and strategic application to client needs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and experience leading client-facing discussions
Ability to tailor messaging to diverse client needs
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Track record of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
Proactively request regular feedback from internal stakeholders and incorporate it
