About the role
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to define reporting requirements and design data-driven solutions that drive business decisions.
- Build and deliver comprehensive PBM pricing analytics including copay impact modeling, regulatory compliance reports, formulary analysis, and executive dashboards ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop dashboards, queries, and other reporting models to add scalability and value to our operations.
- Maintain and govern pricing data assets, including drug lists, pharmacy network lists, and contractual terms, ensuring data integrity through systematic validation processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Rightway's PBM data architecture and guide teams on data best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and PBM best practices.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis and reporting
- Experience developing reports within a dashboarding tool
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- SQL programming knowledge and experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
