About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate effectively across project-based delivery and long-running managed service engagements
Serve as the primary technical lead across one or more projects
Collaborate closely with UX, design, content strategy, QA, and project management teams
Define system architecture, technical approach, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate sprint and iteration planning
Improve legacy Sitecore implementations through performance tuning
Mentor, coach, and guide developers
Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements
Partner with Project Managers and Account Managers to communicate technical complexities
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Support pre-sales efforts including renewals, expansion scopes, upgrade roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant years of relevant software development experience
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), Next.js and web API development
Proven experience designing and implementing Sitecore XP/XM/XM Cloud architectures
Sitecore AI Suite Experience
Experience implementing and configuring Coveo for Sitecore
Experience configuring and maintaining Sitecore infrastructure (PaaS/IaaS)
Practical understanding of DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and Github Actions
Strong front-end development skills including React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, SASS, Storybook
Knowledge of Docker, AKS and Containerized Sitecore solutions/deployments
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
Previous consulting or digital agency experience strongly preferred
