About the role
- Lead React Native architecture and technical strategy across multiple client engagements
- Design and build high-quality cross-platform mobile applications
- Architect performant, maintainable component libraries and design systems
- Integrate native modules and platform APIs
- Champion agentic engineering practices
- Mentor and lead a team of mobile developers through hands-on code reviews
- Drive engineering excellence across CI/CD pipelines
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients
- Evaluate and recommend the right mobile strategy for each engagement
- Contribute to Rightpoint’s mobile practice through thought leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional mobile development experience
- 4+ years focused on React Native
- Deep expertise in React Native, Expo, TypeScript
- Proven experience as a technical lead or architect on large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns
- Solid grasp of both iOS and Android platform behaviors
- Experience writing native modules in Swift or Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD for cross-platform mobile
- Excellent communication skills
