About the role

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, including appearances at hearings and mediations.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation with precision.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia State Bar.
  • Must possess a valid vehicle and be willing to travel to in-person hearings as needed.
  • Must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining attendance.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking legal environment.
