About the role
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects and campaigns
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and engineering
- Ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
- Identify risks and proactively address blockers to keep projects on track
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication
- Implement and optimize project management processes and tools
- Track project performance and ensure successful delivery against goals
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing project or program management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working across different industries and marketing functions
