About the role
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and growth goals
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Lead outreach, negotiation, and contract management with creators
- Plan and execute campaigns, including product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term ambassador programs
- Collaborate with content, paid, and social teams to amplify influencer content
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Stay up to date on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Strong experience in influencer or creator marketing across B2C, B2B, or D2C brands
- Proven ability to build and scale influencer programs
- Experience managing creator relationships and negotiations
- Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes
- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working across different industries and brand voices
