Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing.
- Strong presentation skills, proactive networking, and excellent communication.
- Proven client-facing consulting skills and a demonstrable client-centric approach.
- Deep expertise in placing IT consultants.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Fluent German (C1) and working proficiency in English (B2).
