About the role
- Shape the digital future of HR in collaboration with the HR team
- Support the implementation and optimization of modern HR software solutions
- Support transformation processes and actively contribute your expertise
- Advise on and optimize HR-related processes within the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscape
- Plan, manage, and implement HR digitalization projects
- Perform SAP customizing and develop reports and analyses
- Take on responsibility as project lead in HR IT initiatives
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge and several years of implementation experience in SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications
- Relevant experience in designing and delivering HR projects
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Very good customizing skills, preferably in SAP HCM
- Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
- Fluent German language skills
