About the role
- Sole responsibility for the entire sales cycle for placing freelance IT professionals.
- Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Work closely with the delivery team to deliver tailored consultant solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing.
- Confident presentation skills, active networking ability, and strong communication skills.
- Client-facing advisory competence and a demonstrable client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of placing IT consultants.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conduct professional business negotiations.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Analytical thinking as well as fluent German (C1) and working-level English (B2).
