Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing.
  • Confident presentation skills, active networking ability, and strong communication skills.
  • Client-facing advisory competence and a demonstrable client-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of placing IT consultants.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conduct professional business negotiations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Analytical thinking as well as fluent German (C1) and working-level English (B2).
