- Leading the HR organization, including the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of HR systems and tools

- Resolving employment law issues in collaboration with the Legal department
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role in mid-sized companies
- Experience in an international context
- Deep understanding of HR strategies, processes, and labor/employment law
- Experience in change management and restructurings
- Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Significant scope for initiative in a key role with direct impact on company development
- Dynamic, international environment with approx. 150 colleagues worldwide
- A motivated HR team and close collaboration with senior management
