About the role
- Shape the digital future of HR together with the HR team
- Support the implementation and optimization of modern HR software solutions
- Support transformation processes and actively contribute your expertise
- Support the implementation, further development and maintenance of HR IT systems
- Advise on and optimize HR processes, particularly in the context of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Plan, manage and implement HR digitization projects
- Implement and test changes and new requirements within SAP HR modules
- Provide international support and consulting to HR stakeholders and key users
- Perform SAP customizing and create reports and analyses
- Take responsibility as project lead in HR IT initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of and several years’ implementation experience with SAP HCM and/or HR cloud applications
- Relevant experience in designing and delivering HR projects
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Strong customizing skills, preferably in SAP HCM
- Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors desirable
- Fluent German
