About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own paid media agency and strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Bing
- Manage channel budgets, pacing, and investment allocation
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute acquisition strategies
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy through Klaviyo in partnership with agency
- Optimize key customer journeys
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our marketing agency partners
- Develop campaign briefs that align business objectives, seasonal priorities, and brand initiatives
- Own attribution reporting and performance analysis across marketing channels
- Manage product feeds across advertising and marketplace channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or eCommerce marketing
- Experience working with or managing external agencies and marketing partners
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital attribution platforms
- Experience with Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and deliverability best practices
- A balance of analytical thinking and creative judgment
- Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business decisions
- Experience managing both customer acquisition and retention programs
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with Pinterest, Bing, Shopify, or Feedonomics is a plus
- Experience in DTC, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
