About the role
- Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing by preparing professional presentations
- Independently prepare and follow up on meetings, and reliably take minutes
- Act as a central interface within Marketing to consolidate information
- Manage the operational coordination of national and international events, including travel planning, vendor coordination and materials logistics
- Responsible for event follow-up and measuring event success
- Enhance digital knowledge management by administering collaboration tools
- Strengthen team culture by planning internal projects such as anniversaries, team events and onboarding processes
Requirements
- Some experience in event organization, project assistance or team coordination
- Excellent organizational skills, high reliability and a hands-on mentality
- Confident user of digital tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in brand-related topics as well as internal workflows and processes
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
