About the role
- Support in handling customer inquiries, proposals and tender processes
- Preparing invoices in the ERP system
- Monitoring timely receipt of payments
- Assisting with budget and forecast planning
- Maintaining the ERP and CRM systems
- Organizing daily office operations
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Planning and organizing travel for colleagues in the Global Events team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with a commercial or events-related focus
- Initial professional experience in the events industry is desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different mentalities and cultural backgrounds
- Basic technical understanding and a curiosity for new ideas
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP/inventory management systems
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
