About the role
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from ideation and concept through development and production transfer to successful product launch
- Improve the transition of products from Development to Production
- Coordinate agile and traditional development teams inside and outside the organization, including external suppliers
- Foster a results-driven, collaboration-centered team approach to NPI
- Implement and control risk, change, and configuration management
Requirements
- Successful completion of a technical university degree (e.g., Electronic or Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, conflict-management, and planning skills
- Technical experience, ideally in Engineering or Production Engineering
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
