About the role
- You record order data for customer repairs in SAP.
- You handle written communication with customers in German and English.
- You perform operational tasks in repair processing and Customer Success.
- You are responsible for following up on clarification cases.
- You document processes and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program
- Meticulous and customer-oriented work style
- Strong service orientation and a team-player mentality
- Affinity for technical products is an advantage
- Confident use of standard Microsoft Office applications
- Good German language skills (spoken and written); English skills are desirable
